The New Boys On The Block Win The Holder Cup

The Holder Cup has nearly fifty years of history behind it and is the South of England Boys Championship. There is a brand new name on the trophy now with Richmond La-crosse Club winning the Under 12 title.

A great result for this fledgling club and credit is due to all the players and the coaching team on winning a first trophy for Richmond. Another example of the value of the support of organisations like The Lacrosse Foundation who supplied the club with sticks and equipment.
Let’s hope this is the first of many.

The Lacrosse Foundation is a body who champion the growth and development of grassroots and youth lacrosse. A large portion of its funds come from the estate of long time Centurion Roger Okill.
