In December teams met to take part in the World Lacrosse Super Sixes event in Hong Kong China, with both men’s and women’s teams competing.
The event is part of the build up to the first championship to be held in Great Britain are already locked in for a place in that tournament but will compete in an eight team tournament in August 2025 in Chengdu, China .
The FOGO stealer won the gold medal by beat-ing Philipines 21-19 in the final. The Philipines only just beating Germany 18-16 in over time, in the semi-final. Germany taking the bronze by overcoming Hong Kong China.
In the Women’s event Global Lacrosse defeated Germany 12-6 in the final to win the gold medal and Team Kanto defeated China for the bronze.
